We strongly encourage students to maintain an open and direct dialogue with their professors and course coordinators. Our faculty members are approachable, open to discussion, and genuinely interested in understanding any issues to enhance the learning environment.

Our Degree Programme is built on a culture of continuous improvement, and direct interaction with students is an essential tool for our growth. Feedback—whether positive or constructive—does not always need to be anonymous, and we warmly welcome open communication. However, complete anonymity is provided as an additional safeguard whenever you feel it is necessary.

For anonymous submissions, students can use the Student's Voice platform. Submissions (whether suggestions, complaints, or compliments) are reviewed by the Head of the Degree Programme. After assessing the issue in coordination with the relevant parties, they will propose appropriate actions for a positive resolution and provide feedback to the student. Please note that although you are required to log in with your UNIFI credentials, your submissions are completely anonymous. No one—including system administrators—can see the identity of users accessing the service.
